Stephen D. Wolfe has a degree in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Senior Advisor and an Elder Planning Specialist. He is also licensed with the state of Florida Department of Insurance in the areas of Life, Health, and Annuities.
Mr. Wolfe has focused his practice on Estate Planning, including tax planning, nursing home planning, investment planning, Medicaid planning and the comprehensive use of Trusts (e.g. Living Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Supplemental Care Trusts). He specializes in protecting IRA's and 401 (k) Plans from unnecessary taxation and ways to earn stock market returns on savings and investments without any stock market risk.
Stephen Wolfe currently conducts financial and asset preservation workshops for senior citizens, their families, and numerous private organizations throughout the United States.

Bryan M. Plonsky practices in the field of Estate Planning, including tax planning, nursing home planning, investment planning, Medicaid planning, and the comprehensive use of Trusts (e.g. Living Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Supplemental Care Trusts) since 1992. He studied Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University and is an Elder Planning Specialist and a Certified Senior Advisor.
Mr. Plonsky specializes in Medicaid Asset Protection, Estate Preservation, and Eliminating unnecessary taxation on IRA's and other retirement plans. He currently conducts financial and asset preservation workshops for individuals and numerous private clubs and organizations throughout Florida.

Andrew M. Curtis is an attorney with offices throughout Florida. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). His practice specializes in trusts, estates, and elder law. Mr. Curtis earned his JD from Georgetown University Law School in 1983, his LLM in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1986, his MBA from University of Michigan in 1978, and his BS from Cornell University in 1977.
Mr. Curtis was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. After working with several large firms that charged high legal fees ($1,000 - $5,000) for a trust, he realized this was cost prohibitive for the average person. With the moderate fees that Mr. Curtis now charges, he has prepared over 5000 Revocable Living Trusts. He devotes his time to estate planning for the middle class, and has built his practice by the many referrals from happy clients.
Daniel M. Plonsky, Esq.

Daniel M. Plonsky was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Daniel obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was accepted into the practice of law by the State of Florida in 2003.
After admission to the Florida Bar Association, he was selected for the position of Assistant Attorney General in Tampa, Florida. As an Assistant Attorney General, he gained valuable experience while representing the Department of Children and Families in cases involving child abuse, neglect and abandonment. He represented the State of Florida in hundreds of court hearings and won dozens of trials.
In 2006, Daniel left the Attorney General's office to enter private practice. As a private attorney, he represented clients in a range of legal matters, including estate planning, probate, formation of business entities, and civil litigation. Jonathan J. Williams specializes in tax preparation, audit representation, IRS collections problems, and IRS appeals cases. Mr. Williams received his Bachelors of Business Administration as a Finance Major from New York Institute of Technology in 1989 and his Masters of Business Administration in International Finance from New York Institute of Technology in 1996. Mr. Williams works from his main office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and has successfully handled over 75 IRS examinations, 100 collection cases and 35 IRS appeals cases.
EAs are licensed by the federal government to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and assist with tax planning and the preparation of tax returns. Marilyn Temple is a Medicaid Specialist. She worked for ten years at the Department of Children and Families and handled the legal appeals for the Department. Ms. Temple graduated from Lowell state College with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. Her previous professional experiences help her assist clients with the Medicaid process and helping them establish Medicaid eligibility.
Pam Bjelland, B.S.
Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and is licensed with the state of Florida Department of Insurance in the areas of Life, Health, and Annuities.
She has worked for the past 20 years to assist clients in various Medicaid eligibility positions.
Pam’s extensive experience includes: Public Assistance Specialist with the Department of Children and Families as well as Case Manager with Gulf Coast Community Care.
Since 2006, Mrs. Bjelland has work diligently as a Medicaid Filing Specialist specifically with the Institutionalized Care Program and the Long Term Care Diversion Program.
Pam is currently assisting one of Senior Information Center’s top Elder Planning Specialists Jane Provenzano at her Clearwater office helping the Seniors in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding cities.

Mollie was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. She and her husband live in Venice, FL with their teenage son. Their older son attends college in South Carolina.
Mollie’s past experience includes 20 years of client relations, business development, marketing, management, event planning and sales in the healthcare and Senior Living fields. She enjoys and feels very well suited to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Mollie has been a past member and past president of the Venice-Nokomis Rotary Club. She currently serves on the South County Advisory Council for All Faiths Food Bank, regularly attends meetings of the Sarasota County and Venice Aging Networks, Florida Assisted Living Association, Women on the Move and Manasota Healthcare Group.
Mollie enjoys volunteering and has done extensive event planning and fundraising for: Senior Friendship Center, All Faiths Food Bank, Take Stock in Children, Southeastern Guide Dogs, Alzheimer’s Association and others.
Mollie earned a BS degree in Health Care Administration from St Leo University.
David C. Brant, CSA, CRFA*
David specializes in assisting his clients with managing, protecting, and transferring their hard earned retirement savings with an emphasis on maximizing the growth of principal while eliminating losses during times of volatile market fluctuations. These strategies provide clients with the security of knowing their retirement savings will provide an income they can not outlive. He has lectured at numerous workshops discussing the strategies available to seniors to help them preserve and protect their retirement savings and income.
As a licensed independent agent, David maintains key strategic alliances with several of the nation’s top financial, legal, and tax experts which results in the best advice and solutions to help clients achieve financial ‘peace of mind’ throughout their retirement years.
Along with assisting retirees develop plans for their savings and income needs, David also works with local school district employees by enrolling them in savings plans that will provide them with a secure source for additional income during their future retirement.

Craig T. Clark joined The Center Information Centers in late 2010 and serves North Central Florida. He has dedicated the last fourteen years of his career assisting elders and their families with end of life issues. As former Executive Director of Alzheimer’s Connections, Education and Support, Inc. (ACES), Craig is acutely aware of the need for proper planning concerning quality of life and the legacy we create. He has been in the insurance business since 1997 and specializes in asset protection.
Craig received his certification as a Chaplain through the International Fellowship of Pastoral Counselors and Chaplains in July 2006. His most recent community service has been as the chairperson for the Widowed Persons services of Marion County. He also served with the Florida Respite Coalition Region 2, the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and Leave-A-Legacy of Marion County, which he helped to initiate in 2001.
Craig’s passions lie in helping loved ones obtain the highest quality of health care, while helping the ones that love them traverse the daunting paperwork requirements of Medicare, Medicaid/VA. His tasks are to assist spouses and families to heal emotionally and to remain financially sound in order to maintain a satisfactory quality of life and to pass on assets (as applicable laws allow) to their chosen beneficiaries

Dennis J. Xiques has been assisting seniors for more than 23 years and has completed extensive studies through The American College for Financial Services located in Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Financial Consultant and Advisor for Senior living. He is also licensed with the state of Florida Department of Insurance in the areas of Life, Health, and Annuities.
Mr. Xiques has focused his career primarily on Medicare, Long Term Care, Life Insurance and Annuity Marketing as well as Customer Service. He spent three years as a professional golfer where he recorded a victory at the South Florida Tournament at Inverrary. He is now totally devoted to helping protect the assets and well being of our senior population.
